Financial Therapy Services
You don’t need more willpower or spreadsheets.
You need a guide to process and heal your money story. My approach to money coaching is a high-touch experience for people who feel overwhelmed, avoidant, or ashamed about money, and are beyond ready to change that with creative, compassionate support.
I design my financial coaching programs to meet you where you are, whether you've been spiraling financially, navigating inherited wealth, setting new boundaries, or simply want to feel calm and capable with your money — you're in the right place.
This work is deep, emotionally attuned, and neurodivergent-friendly. Together we’ll move from self-judgment to self-trust, using tools that honor both your nervous system and your financial goals.

Investment
Pay in Full: $3,500
Payment Plan: 7 monthly payments of $500
+$900 for 3 additional parent-inclusive sessions · Total with the intensive: $4,400
For families where ongoing financial assistance has started getting in the way of independence, or is straining the relationship. Your adult child remains my client throughout — what they share with me one-on-one stays private unless they choose to bring it into a joint session. I coordinate 3 joint sessions with parent(s) to support both generations.
I don't work with couples for financial coaching; this parent–adult-child program is the one exception.
